Who is Tendria?

Through years of experience in the field of procurement and the coordination of procurement for multiple companies and privat equity firms, Tendria has developed the expertise in connecting medium to large companies to run successful procurement projects together.

This results in TCO savings but also in a lot of knowledge sharing “on the job”.

Leveraged volumes, pooled knowledge and experience result in the best terms and conditions from the market. The procurement process is professionally managed and contracts implemented quickly.

Tendria also has a lot of experience in carrying out investment projects in the process industry, packaging industry, production companies, but also logistics companies. Based on a good dose of technical insight, combined with commercial skills, project management and experience, Tendria knows how to make an investment a success.

Under the leadership of Marijke Tollenaar, a team of partners, procurement experts, category specialists and project managers works with customers to professionalise their procurement organisation and improve the procurement results.

With more than 25 years of experience in the (non) food industry and industrial automation, I am ready to help you take the next strategic or operational step. I am an independent professional with expertise in Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Operational Management and Contract Management.

Whether it concerns improvement or change processes, my broad experience enables me to effectively support your organization. I can fulfill various roles, including general manager, operational manager, sales manager, purchasing manager, project manager and contract manager.

As an initiator and self-starter, I have a helicopter view that allows me to quickly identify opportunities. I am a problem solver pur sang, who works purposefully and is strong in people orientation, analytical thinking and communication. My versatile skills make me a valued and versatile specialist.

It is my passion to support people and organizations in the area of supply chain and procurement. Different roles I already fulfilled were; procurement manager, senior buyer in a project team for high tech industry and manager operations office. Through my years of experience as a procurement professional and supply-chain manager, I know exactly which (work) processes in a company are important to keep developing.

My strength lies in my people skills. I can sense a colleague’s character in no time, without really knowing him or her well. This helps me to get a good overall view of the people behind the organization.

As a Tendria partner I would like to help companies connect, shape and improve by developing people, teams and processes. As a real connector I like to build bridges and I like to work in motivated (project) teams where there is room for initiative and improvement. Gerrit | Technical outsourcing and collaboration

As a technical strategic buyer with years of experience in mechanical engineering and companies with their own products, I know how to bring product, quality, delivery time and price together in a good collaboration with the supplier.

Second sourcing, cost engineering, converting products into cast-stamped parts or injection molded parts are projects in which I have a lot of experience. I can be deployed as a tactical/strategic buyer, project buyer and purchasing manager, but certainly also as a coach for a purchasing department in development.

Due to the various projects that I have already carried out as an independent contractor, I know how to be up and running quickly and an added value for your company.
